I am extremely happy with their services. It is definitely worth the money as it's not cheap, but you should be thinking about what you get it you pay cheap. So in my opinion confidentiality, speed of delivery and communication are part of their package. My situation was more or less straightforward as I had some information about the person already, I just didn't want to spend hours on the internet searching for a needle in a haystack. The information they provided was exactly what I needed and now I am at peace. It actually helped me with my current relationship as there were some misunderstandings due to the lack of clarity. I would not hesitate to recommend them. I must say that if I need something else I will not be going elsewhere. Five stars all round.
