I am extremely happy with their services. It is definitely worth the money as it's not cheap, but you should be thinking about what you get it you pay cheap. So in my opinion confidentiality, speed of delivery and communication are part of their package. My situation was more or less straightforward as I had some information about the person already, I just didn't want to spend hours on the internet searching for a needle in a haystack.
